These Terms of Sale govern the paid services offered by Qijco Connect to professionals using the platform.

Qijco Connect provides commercial matchmaking, request transmission and professional visibility services through its digital platform.

Qijco Connect connects users seeking goods, equipment, services or solutions with professionals likely to meet their needs.

Qijco Connect acts exclusively as a matchmaking platform and lead provider.

Qijco Connect never acts as seller, service provider, commercial agent, broker or party to the contract between users and professionals.

Qijco Connect does not guarantee the conclusion of a sale, signing of a contract, revenue, commercial conversion, profitability, user availability, or commercial quality of opportunities.

Transmitted requests are only potential commercial opportunities.

Applicable prices are communicated to the professional before any validation, purchase or activation of a service offered on the platform.

Qijco Connect may offer, on a non-exhaustive basis: matchmaking services, transmission of requests or commercial opportunities, visibility options, featured placements, subscriptions, packs or credits, digital services, premium access, commissions on certain operations, or any other service related to the platform.

Prices may vary depending on: the type of service, the category concerned, the geographic area, the visibility level, the volume of requests, the exclusive or non-exclusive nature of a transmission, or the selected options.

Applicable prices are displayed or communicated before any confirmation or payment.

Unless otherwise stated, services provided by Qijco Connect are supplied without any commitment as to result, commercial conversion or profitability.

Qijco Connect reserves the right to modify at any time: its prices, features, offers, commercial conditions, or business models.

New prices or conditions do not apply retroactively to services already validated or paid.

Payments are due according to the terms communicated to the professional upon order.

In case of late payment, Qijco Connect may suspend access, limit features, delete the account, or claim sums due.

Except where required by mandatory law, payments for digital services are non-refundable.

No refund may be claimed for lack of conversion, lack of response, change of need, or subjective dissatisfaction.

The professional agrees not to circumvent Qijco Connect.

Any attempted circumvention, fraud or misuse may result in immediate account suspension, invoicing of sums due and damages.

Data transmitted is provided solely for the matchmaking purpose.

The professional agrees to use the data only to process the request, comply with GDPR, not resell information and not engage in abusive solicitation.

Qijco Connect reserves the right to suspend or delete access in case of fraudulent or abusive behavior, breach of these terms, circumvention attempts, or repeated disputes.

Qijco Connect cannot be held liable for user behavior, content of requests, financial losses, loss of revenue or indirect damages.

Total liability is strictly limited to the amount actually paid.

Qijco Connect strives to ensure accessibility but does not guarantee any minimum uptime.

The platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, security or force majeure.

Qijco Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

New terms apply as soon as published.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
